Artificial Intelligence is playing a vital role in all the technologies especially in HR Analytics. The implementation of HR Analytics integrated with Artificial Intelligence is a critical aspect to study. HR Analytics has become a part of decision making and with the integration of Artificial Intelligence it has gained popularity. The literature review identifies that though the HR Analytics is used for scientific measurement thorough HR Metrics and helps in decision making, there is an evident proof that the managers are not relying on such HR Metrics in decision making , the reason being the Artificial Intelligence depends on human interaction , especially in HRIS data. The present study brings out what can be done to implement Artificial Intelligence practices in HR Analytics which helps in decision making eliminating human bias.
