Female are part of the society through which one can bring further contributions to the economy’s growth. In India, (ICAI) has been taking a series of initiatives through its Women Members Empowerment Subgroup (WMEG) (Esteemed Women Members Empowerment Committee) for over three years, in general to support women-chartered accountants. The primary goal is to devise and implement women members ‘growth plans, strategies and programmers’ Sub-Group is committed towards its objective of empowering women members by conducting various women-centric workshops/ seminars/ conferences for the benefit of CA Women fraternity at large.
