Among all the factors of production in the economy human resources is one of the important resources. The reforms of 1991 no doubt paved the way for development of the nation, but it has also given way to increasing competition in the economy. Each company wants to retain the best human resource of the company in order to achieve success. There is no underreckoning of the value and impact of HRM in rising their productivity in the modern corporate environments
The the corporate climate in the industry forced executives to ameliorate skillfulness in the manufacturing and assist transfer operations by the their willingness to use people management’s best practices at the moment.That is,strategies or approaches for workforce training that would increase efficiency, reduce the cost of service delivery and at the same time guarantee the continuous quality of the organization’s professional employees.The businesses are also becoming more IT savvy and are using ICT in the management of different departmental functions like accounting, attendance labeling, E- hiring, automating work practices, etc.
